Were looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sr. Growth Product Manager. Youll be working on improving our set of Apps, including the most popular Motivation app.
Responsibilities:
- Build a growth strategy plan to acquire more users, monetize better and retain them.
- Manage hundreds of A/B tests and experiments.
- Lead and manage the growth team, with dedicated engineers and designers.
- Continuously analyze data in analytics platforms and internal tools.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to company processes related to product management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 2+ years of experience in Growth initiatives, ideally on subscription apps.
- Great understanding of analytics, data science, and common statistical models, as well as a genuine interest to experiment and measure.
- Strong design sensibilities to maintain our visual standards.
- Experience with project management / Agile methodologies, and experience working closely with the engineering and design teams.
- Positive attitude, real passion for apps as well as focus on the business.
- Ability to work well with diverse teams based in many locations and work well with others by listening, giving constructive feedback and communicating clearly in English.
- Experience working as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
