The Misson:
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through innovative growth hacking strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, data science, and marketing to develop and execute growth initiatives that are aligned with our overall business objectives. We are looking for someone who can take our growth to the next level. As a company, we are focused on using data-driven strategies to achieve our goals, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about growth and understands how to use data to drive decision making.
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth experiments, including product changes, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Analyze experiment results and iterate on initiatives to optimize growth metrics.
  • Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates across the user journey.
  • Collaborate with product managers to build and launch new products and features that drive growth.
  • Monitor and report on growth metrics to the leadership team and stakeholders.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth product management, growth marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience with user research and customer development methodologies
