Growth Product Manager: Performance Media & Automation

What will you do?

  • Own entire P&L of one of Arpeel’ys strategic vertical and partnership with Google
  • Oversee R&D development of automation for media acquisition on managed platforms and real-time-bidding exchanges
  • Research the mechanics, monetization and user-flow within our web & mobile asset and partner’s integration
  • Create data and media strategies to monitor and find growth opportunities in the vertical
  • Become external POC for external partners; work closely to develop business, technical and media opportunities that will propel the partnership on both sides
  • Internally, work with Senior engineers from R&D and Data Science and work on media strategies with Media Acquisition and Product\Growth to execute vertical media strategies and grow users scale
  • Conduct competitive research and employ the latest tech (eg. LLMs) to gain a technical and data edge
  • Work with the founding team to shape the strategic vertical into one of the main growth engines of 2024/5
  • 5+ yeas of experience as Vertical Owner, Growth, Product Manager at Ad-tech or Consumer companies
  • Experience in Content Arbitrage, AFS (AdSense for Search), Performance-based verticals (eg, Gaming, Mobile), or Search - MUST
  • Technical proficiency in automation, data analysis, attribution modeling - Must
  • Data-driven with excellent data analysis skills - Must
  • Excellent understanding of the Managed Media-buying platforms\digital marketing\Programmatic ecosystem and landscape (SSPs, Publishers etc..)
  • Business mindset, independent, proactive and creative with the ability to rally teams around a goal
  • A highly effective communicator with extreme attention to details
