B2C Growth Product Manager

The Sauce team pools together decades of restaurant tech experience, along with seasoned tech, sales, marketing, product and operations executives who produce an industry-changing delivery system for successful local restaurants and chains.

What You Will Do:

    • Gain a deep understanding of B2C customer experience
    • Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify opportunities for improving retention rates
    • Work closely with existing teams who are dealing with B2C customer touch points (marketing, commerce, support etc.)
    • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience, grow retention and drive growth
    • Utilize data analytics tools to measure the impact of product changes on user retention
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize features and campaigns
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth and retention
    • Regularly report on the success of retention initiatives and provide insights for improvement

Who You Are:

    • 7+ years of a proven track record in B2C product management, preferably within the SaaS or e-commerce industry
    • Data driven approach, strong analytical skills are essential for this role
    • Comfortable working with data analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve retention rates
    • Understand customer lifecycle management, user retention strategies, and customer segmentation
    • Experience (or knowledge) of the restaurant industry, particularly online ordering and food delivery services, is highly desirable - understanding the pain points, needs, and preferences of restaurant owners and consumers in this industry is crucial for success
    • Experience with CRM tools and strategies is valuable for managing customer relationships effectively - the candidate should be able to implement personalized communication strategies, loyalty programs, and targeted promotions to retain customers
    • Innovative thinker, an ability to think creatively and propose innovative retention
    • Ambitious and entrepreneurial, a go-getter looking for a big opportunity
    • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
    • Strong communication skills in English.
